CNC MACHINING
At  RSC MACHINE  Our CNC milling machines include 40/60 Fadel, Mitec, and planer mills with up to 60" X 120" capacity, and several Bridgeport style mills. This capability easily accomodates most all milling needs.  We at  RSC MACHINE take great pride in our office to shop collaboration, which allows us confidence in providing a service which ensures the trust and repeat business of our customers.


TURNING (Small Scale)
Our smaller lathes are standard lathes with an 18" X 60" workspace, thoughoughly adequate for most all small-scale turning projects, however...

TURNING (Large Scale)
For those large-scale turning projects which require more of a work area than most of our competition can provide, we have larger lathes which have a working capacity of up to 33" X 172" !



 At  RSC MACHINE we utilize state-of-the-art machining techniques to serve you better. We can machine for you such materials as Acetal, Delrin, and other plastics, aluminum, bronze, brass, copper, mild steels, stainless steel, and even hardened and tool steels.

Our drilling and boring are done on an Oerliken drill/boring machine capable of drilling/boring/honing from .125" up to 6.000" diameters.

WATER JET
Our Water Jetting capabilities allow for more versatility in our shop than you will find in most of our competition. Material up to 6" thick within a 4' X 8' working table with .010" tolerance and excellent surface finish. It will cut paper, or just about any other material that can be put on the table. At  RSC MACHINE we are able to accept most drawing types like .dwg,.dfx,.iges,.pdf and so on. Most files can be converted to our gibbs software and sent straight to our CNC's to prevent any human errors in drawings and to help assure quality control.

 At   RSC MACHINE  we also have grinding capabilities. Our Blanchard grinder has a capacity up to 24", and we have surface grinding up to 18" X 24".
We have a complete welding facility on site and weld from Aluminum to Stainless Steel, including all mild steels. We offer carbide coatings to most materials, it has a great benefit to wear areas, increasing durability and longevity. We are a 24/7 shop for our customers and will help you when ever you need help.
